Re-imagining an Audience

The primary focus for this project is to reimagine an audience for an existing game – In our case, World of Warcraft and Diablo 3. We want to aim this to an older (18+), more competitive audience, people that enjoy more of a challenge and also a more modern audience by changing the visual style to similar to Diablo 3, a Dark Fantasy style theme. We also aim to bring aspects of Platformers to the game, as many modern MMORPG’s include aspects of platforming in many of their levels. We aim to keep the story the same, as it seems to be the core of World of Warcraft, and the environments suit the story perfectly.
